prevention courses

Prevention comes from the Latin 'prevenire' and means to anticipate. The aim is to prevent problems from arising in the first place or to contain them as quickly as possible. The joy and motivation of health-promoting activities should not be underestimated - after all, the body and psyche always work together and influence each other. The ideal prevention is therefore fun!

In Section 20a of the Social Security Code (SGB V), the health insurance companies differentiate between the fields of action, exercise habits, nutrition, stress and resource management, and drug consumption. TaPAT covers the range of services in the exercise and stress management area.
